Crompton/Diaz-Perdomo Scholarship
Award amount: $3,000
This award honors true heroes in LGBTQA+ rights and leaders in academics, and to inspire change and inclusion for students interested in and working toward a more inclusive, welcoming, and socially just environment for the LGBTQA+ community.

Requirements
- Recipients will be enrolled or participating in one or more of the following UNL programs:
- LGBTQA+/Sexuality Studies minor.
- A member of a recognized student organization (RSO) for LGBTQA+ students.
- Volunteers, student staff and/or supporters at the office of Student Culture and Community.
- Cumulative 2.5 grade point average.
- Award is valid only for one academic year (fall and spring semesters). A tuition credit of $1,500 is applied each semester toward the recipient's centralized billing account.
- Recipient is required to carry a minimum of 12 hours per semester in which the scholarship is provided.
Who can apply
- UNL undergraduate students who are attending UNL during the academic year that the scholarship is provided.
Selection Preference
Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need as defined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
